CURRENCY

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST). CheckBooks Limited GST number is: 096-742-558.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY POLICY

All products listed on our website have a dispatch time frame of 24-48 hours from the day after a credit card order has been placed or the day after the bank deposit has been confirmed in our account and is based on business days being Monday to Friday (does not include weekends or public holidays). If we are unable to dispatch your order within the period specified we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date. Any quotations of delivery times by us are in good faith but are estimates and we shall not be bound by such quotation and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.

Delivery of an Order is deemed complete when we hand the books over to the postage carrier, and the books will be your responsibility from that time. We do not accept responsibility for New Zealand Post or any other third-party delivery.

If parcels become returned to us as either no address or insufficient address details then a re-sending cost of postage will apply and must be paid by the purchaser before the item gets resent.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We currently do not ship books outside of New Zealand.

FREE SHIPPING

Some books may periodically offer FREE SHIPPING on the website, during a promotional period or event. This will only apply to the relevant books, day of event or for the advertised promotional period.

PAYMENT PROVIDER: When making payment using PayPal, PayPal may ask you to create your own PayPal account. This is standard practice to ensure the payment process is 3D secure and allows us to add tracking details to your order, were relevant.

POST RETURNED ORDERS

If an order is returned due to incorrect address provided then the customer can choose to either have the item resent to a new address with an additional postage charge or the ordered cancelled and refunded for the item value only excluding the cost of postage.

RETURNED GOODS

Returned goods will only be refunded to you if they are received by us in the original condition they were purchased in which includes any bags or boxes and must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The return postage cost & packaging is the responsibility of the purchaser not Vanessa Jane Townsend / Sunny Bloom Petal / CheckBooks Limited.
